This week Y3 had their first Outdoor Learning Day in KS2. Daffodils had a much drier day than Sunflowers but everyone had great fun! We started off our morning, writing about a forest picture – there were some great narratives and descriptions, which I hope they shared with you. After break, they then created our own artwork based on Andy Goldsworthy. After lunch, they headed up to the Outdoor Learning Area and thought of Outdoor Learning names. We then walked round the boundary and reminded ourselves of the rules. Played a game of 1,2,3, then made our necklaces. They cannot wait till the next one.
