Our journey home took 8 hours instead of 2.5 due to storm babet. Unfortunately roads were heavily flooded causing landslides, multiple traffic accidents and road closures.

After so many hours on the road, coach 2 stopped off at Tesco, Bury St Edmunds and coach 1 at Asda, Colchester for a snack whilst the coach drivers took their compulsory break. We eventually arrived home at 9.30pm!

Well done children, you were amazing!!
