Our y5/6 Girls team headed over to Wickford Town FC, to play in a tournament as part of the School Sport Partnership. For some it was their first ever game of football.

They were up against two very good sides, in Oakfield and Grange and fought with fantastic determination.

Our first game was against Oakfield, which was a very tight contest and they scored in the last few minutes to take the win 1-0.

Then we played Grange, which was another tight contest and we drew 0-0.

Great determination shown from all players and we have plenty to build and learn from over the coming year.
